From the moment you enter this elegantly designed space w/beautiful coastal-themed artwork & upgraded features, you’ll feel comfortable & relaxed in Sandcastle Unit #138.
Your private wrap-around balcony with 2nd story views is complete w/rocking chairs, bar height chairs and tables w/each set. Step out from the living room or bedroom sliding glass doors to enjoy the sounds of waves & smell the sea air. Located on the southeast corner of the property, its tranquil setting offers the unique option of sun or shade throughout the day
Perfect for relaxing after a day of fun in the sun, the living room boasts a full-size sectional (w/3 recliners). Enjoy your favorite movies or streaming services on the 75” Samsung Smart TV. (TV service provided by Direct TV Stream). The unit is stocked with family-favorite games/cards/puzzles plus a Blu-Ray/DVD player & family movies.
The den/conversation nook has a queen size sofa sleeper and a swivel rocker where you can sit back, watch the waves, or lose yourself in a book.
The open concept kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances and is fully equipped & detailed with everything you need to cook up your favorite meals or snacks. There is a separate large beverage/wine fridge.
